After the Battle of Flowers crowds dissolve and the streets of downtown San Antonio finally clear out, a deliberate and highly coordinated symphony of street sweepers and workers armed with blowers march down the parade route eliminating every piece of trash and debris left behind. This impressive clean up act is the final scene of the Battle of Flowers Parade each and every year. Friday, April 15, 2011.
