OSLO, Norway -- Justin Bieber performed live at the Opera House on May 30 in Oslo, Norway.
Tens of thousands of fans came to watch his free mini-concert.
Bieber's manager tells CNN that things got so chaotic, police were on the verge of declaring a state of emergency.
