If you’re looking for some ‘Good Direction’ they’ll probably lead you to Cowboys Dancehall Friday night. Country crooner Billy Currington will be bringing down the house with his classics and hits off his most recent album ‘Summer Forever.’ The Georgia native has spent more than a decade in the spotlight proving he’s a man for all seasons. ‘You must be doing somethin’ right’ if you plan to spend your Friday with Billy!

SACtacular Block Party

San Antonio College’s 4th annual block party is upon us! The FREE event is open to the public. The event will feature live music, food booths, planetarium shows, animals, games, and an outdoor showing of The Secret Life of Pets at 8:30 p.m.  Location: 1819 N Main Ave, 78212

11th Annual San Antonio Beer Festival

The largest beer festival in San Antonio is back this weekend! With over 400+ premium and craft beers from 150+ breweries from around the world. This is an experience San Antonio has loved for over a decade. A cool fact is that a portion of the proceeds benefits the San Antonio Food Bank.

S.A.Y. Om Yoga Festival

Yogis unite! Head over to Travis Park on Saturday for FOUR different FREE yoga classes outside. The fest will be full of yoga classes, live music, meditation, massages, local art, vendors, and so much more.

6th Annual Native American Indian Championship Pow Wow

Head over to Traders Village this weekend to experience colorful tribal dance contests, arts and crafts show, honoring ceremonies and much more! Several hundred Native Americans representing dozens of tribes across the nation will take part in this celebration. You definitely don’t want to miss out!

6th Annual Barktoberfest

Looking for something, not just family friendly, but also pet-friendly? Well, Barktoberfest is here again! It is a dog and family-friendly festival held at the Animal Defense League. Activities include food trucks, a beer garden, a pet costume contest, raffles, pumpkin painting, hay rides, and more! All proceeds help the Animal Defense League shelter pets and Perrin-410 Animal Hospital’s Compassionate Care Fund for the emergency care of pets whose owners cannot afford life-saving care.

Cabaret 

From the Big Apple to the Alamo City, the popular Tony-award winning musical will be at Majestic Theater next week. This tour is part of its 50th Anniversary Season!
