You may have noticed a new face on KENS 5. If you were wondering who that new anchor is, it's me.
Let me introduce myself: I am Jeff Vaughn, and I am glad to be in San Antonio.
My wife and I have already enjoyed so many jewels of San Antonio: the River Walk, the Alamo and the Tower of the Americas. But the thing that has impressed us the most is the South Texas hospitality. We certainly have felt the Lone Star love.
From the e-mails and letters to the in-person introductions that have come with having this new job, I have never felt more at home. Thank you.
As for my mission here at KENS 5, I hope to be more than an anchor who delivers you the news every weekday evening at 5, 6 & 10. I want to interact with you and build a relationship.
