Unsuspecting travelers used in Texas drug-smuggling scheme, says FBI
According to the FBI, cartel 'halcones', or hawks, would target unsuspecting motorists, copy their keys, then stow duffel bags of drugs in their trunks that they would retrieve once it crossed the border...if they crossed without getting arrested.
