A Severe Thunderstorm Warning continues for counties northeast of San Antonio.
A Tornado Watch was issued until 1 p.m. for Bexar County and most counties in south-central Texas.
As of 11:22 a.m., CPS Energy was experiencing 93 power outages affecting over 3,160 customers across Bexar County.
The National Weather Service said a tornado was reported earlier Sunday morning by a state trooper near Center Point in Kerr County.
NWS reported that there were several water rescues and vehicles getting stuck and urged people in Del Rio to stay off the roads.
They say that less than three hours into April 2, Del Rio had already shattered its previous daily rainfall record of 1.02 inches with 4.81 inches on Sunday.
