Ezekiel Elliott's suspension is in full swing and the running back isn't sticking around Dallas to ride it out.

According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Elliott is headed out of the country to "clear his head."

“I am told he is leaving the country to an undisclosed location to completely reset, clear his head, train and come back in late December for the Cowboys in the best shape he has been in,” Rapoport said.

Elliott's trip comes two days after his suspension was reinstated by a New York court.

A three-judge panel denied Elliott injunctive relief that would've allowed him to continue playing, terminating that stay.

Elliott is out for the next four weeks and back in court on Dec. 1. where it will be determined whether or not he will serve the entire six game suspension and sit out until Christmas Eve's game against Seattle, with only two more games to be played this season.
