A full slate of games returns to the Friday night high school football scheduled in San Antonio after some districts took last week off.
The KENS 5 Game of the Week did not disappoint as the Edison Golden Bears needed OT to beat the Burbank Bulldogs 23-20.
Meanwhile, the Johnson Jaguars defeated the Churchill Chargers 35-14, the Steele Knights won again beating the New Braunfels Unicorns 26-3, the MacArthur Brahmas beat the Madison Mavericks in a shootout 52-42, and the Warren Warriors dominated the Stevens Falcons 42-9.

Also in action, the Judson Rockets shut out the East Central Hornets 69-0, the Smithson Valley Rangers took care of the Wagner Thunderbirds 35-15, the Alamo Heights Mules put up big numbers beating the Seguin Matadors 59-38, and the Sam Houston Hurricanes dominated the Lanier Voks 56-13.
