A local family finally could finally see justice three years after their loved one was killed in a hit-and-run.
31-year-old Miriah Martinez was arrested for the deadly hit-and-run accident that killed 26-year-old Anthony Creedon.
The crash happened along I-10 near Ralph Fair Road in January 2016.
Martinez has been charged with failure to render aid.
