Two men face charges after police said they ran an online sex trafficking operation.
One of the victims was able to escape Monday to get help and told officers she was being held against her will by Jarvis Anderson and Lawrence Jackson, along with another victim at a hotel.
She said she was being held at the Drury Inn on Loop 410 near the San Antonio Airport for at least the last few days.
When officers arrived at the hotel, they were confronted by a man with a gun. They arrested the man and got the other victim to safety.
The two victims, who are teenagers, were taken to the hospital to be evaluated.
Both men were using apps and websites like Backpage, which is known for being commonly used by traffickers.
Anderson and Jackson will both be facing human trafficking charges, police said.
Police are looking for other possible victims. If you have any information on these crimes, please call SAPD's Special Victim's Unit at 210-207-2313.
