SAN ANTONIO -- Seniors at the Villa de San Antonio are filling trick-or-treat bags for kids at the Children's Shelter.
Resident Isabel Walker said she hopes the bags brighten up the kids' Halloween.
"We're going to make sure that as many children as there are in the shelter each get one," she said.
For Al Schumacher, Halloween comes only behind Christmas in his favorite holiday rankings. So, he put a lot of effort into the bags he filled for the Children's Shelter.
"I hope they're going to feel, and I think they're going to feel very, very pleased," he said.
The bags were filled with pencils, spooky rings, glow sticks, and of course, candy.
