SAN ANTONIO - Police are searching for the person they said attacked and robbed an elderly woman on the city’s northwest side.

Officers said two people were caught using the woman’s credit card at five different locations immediately after the robbery on July 16 around 8:20 p.m.

Police believe the man in the picture attacked the elderly woman while she was loading groceries into her car at the H-E-B on 1604 and Bandera Road. The man stole her purse, pushed the woman to the ground, and took off in a car, according to police. The woman sustained a bruised forehead and a bloody nose.

If you recognize either of these two people, you are asked to call Crime Stoppers at 224-STOP. Crime Stoppers may pay up to $5,000 for information which leads to an arrest.
