Manu Ginoboli's house is still on the market."Of course, that makes any property special when Manu is the owner," said Kimberly Howell.
The one-story Mediterranean-style home at 10 Queens Hill in the Dominion neighborhood has four bedrooms sprawled across more than 6,000 sq. ft.
Living like a Spur comes with a hefty price tag."We are listed at $1,785,000," said Howell.
Howell boasts that the wine cellar is breathtaking and said the backyard is "simply an oasis." Built in 2004, the 6'6" Argentinean Spurs legend moved in with his wife soon after.
Howell said not only is the home legendary because of its owner, she brags that the curb appeal is a slam dunk.
"There's a beautiful pond in the front as you approach the front door," Howell said. "There's also a huge pool in the back to relax with family."
She said its just a matter of time before someone locks down this NBA pad. "We actually have a few buyers interested," Howell added.
As for Manu, according to KENS 5 Sports Director Joe Reinagel, it's not clear whether he will be back next season.
Come July 1, he will also be an unrestricted free agent.
