Spurs free agent Dewayne Dedmon has agreed to a contract with the Atlanta Hawks, league sources were reporting Tuesday.

The Vertical reporter Shams Charania announced the news on Twitter just before 8:30.

Sam Amick with USA Today Sports was reporting that 27-year-old center agreed to a 2-year, $14 Million deal with a player option in the second season.

Dedmon showed a lot of promise in his first season with the Spurs. He was the first player to score 17 points and grab 17 rebounds in a game since Tim Duncan in 2014.
