SAN ANTONIO — North East Independent School District is reversing course – after announcing last week that it would not notify families about coronavirus cases during the upcoming school year.
The district shared a post on Facebook on Monday night explaining their decision. NEISD said in the post that after getting feedback from families, they will continue to notify parents about positive cases at their child's school.
NEISD will also continue to report cases to Metro Health and the state.
