72nd Annual Floresville Peanut Festival
Head over to Floresville this weekend for their annual peanut festival! This FREE event is fun for the entire family. Additional charges may apply for food, rides, and other activities. You’ll get to enjoy sack races, peanut pond, face painting, live music, arts and crafts, parades, dancing, and more. This is a weekend event so make sure to check it out!

Gruene Music and Wine Festival
If music and wine are your things, then don’t miss this four-day event happening in the Hill Country! The festival is happening in Gruene which is located 30 minutes north of San Antonio. At the event, you can listen to music while discovering the many styles of winemaking with unique selections of wines.
The Time Jumpers with Vince Gill and Kenny Sears
Straight from Music City to the Tobin Center! The Time Jumpers were established in Nashville in 1998 and have been spreading the talents across the country since then. Vince Gill, 20-time Grammy winner, sings, plays guitar and writes many of the group’s songs. The Time Jumpers are a group of 11, each a master of his or her instrument.
Fitness on Plaza
University Health System presents indoor cycling outdoors! JoyRide San Antonio is coming to Will Naylor Smith River Walk Plaza behind the Tobin Center and they’re bringing their stationary bikes for a FREE class under the palms. This class is open to all level. So get ready to race in place!

The Majestic Theatre will be rocking Saturday night when Smokey Robinson hits the stage. The Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Famer and Grammy Living Legend will be playing his hits and make memories. If you’re a dedicated fan, this is definitely the event for you.
Coming live to The Tobin is Country Music Hall of Famer Kris Kristofferson. He’s been a huge success sing debuting in the 70’s and his songs like “Me and Bobby McGee” and “Sunday Morning Coming Down” are reasons why his career has been so successful. Not only can he sing, but act too! His latest films have included “He’s Just Not That Into You” and “Dolphin Tale.” You don’t want to miss this special performance.
Texas Renaissance Festival
The Renaissance has returned! For the next two months, the Texas Renaissance Festival will be in full swing with themed weekends every week. This weekend? Oktoberfest! Journey to Bavaria and the Black Forest as the air echoes with traditional German music and dancing. You can dance the polka, feast on Bratwurst, and quench your thirst with a stein of beer. It’s about a three-hour drive from San Antonio!
Russian Grand Ballet presents Swan Lake
If you love the ballet you won’t want to miss when the Russian Grand Ballet is in town. You can see the full-length classic production of the world’s most famous ballet, Swan Lake. The principal dancers of the company come from the upper ranks of the great ballet companies and academies. It will be a beautiful performance you won’t want to miss!
