We haven't seen a rider like Tanner Sikora at the San Antonio Rodeo this year.

The 7-year-old Mutton Buster refused to let go of that sheep until he knew that no one would deny him his championship buckle.

Tanner was the last to go in Friday night's Mutton Bustin' competition and he wanted to win so badly that he set a new record for the 2018 San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo by putting up a score of 96.

He rode that sheep so long that the animal was close to joining the rest of the herd at the other end of the arena!

Congratulations to Tanner for putting on a great show and setting a new record!
