Protecting cyberspace a military effort

With all goings-on with BRAC, San Antonio is quickly becoming a strong contender for the title of Military Town, USA. Fort Sam Houston is expected to become the finest facility of its kind.
And this week, the Alamo City could be putting another notch in its belt. Lackland Air Force Base is one of six finalists to host a new Air Force mission to protect the country from cyberspace threats.
It may sound strange to some, but yes, the Web is something that needs military security and protection. Pentagon officials are paying close attention to an apparent attack on Georgia's networks just days before Russia invaded that nation this summer.
Scott AFB in Alton, Illinois, and Barksdale AFB in Bossier City, Louisiana, are considered the strongest of the contenders. So my question to you is how would you sell SA over those places?
I know Bossier is a great place to play slots, but hopefully the Air Force will opt for Riverwalk Margaritas when they make their decision by June. It will bring an economic boost no doubt (500 jobs, $40 million dollar payroll), but more importantly would be a great addition to a city that is quickly becoming known as one of the best at producing the men and women who protect the country.
